Why? The leading question! We get to the bottom of this question. This is often not a thought rather a feeling. From this feeling we create your entrepreneurial vision and long-term strategy. My responsibility as a guide is to lead you through uncomfortable questions and silence to towards deep insights. Insights that will move your world. Insights that will lead to important decisions that change your mindest and therefore your company. Camino-Coaching or BE-WITH Session
Let me guide you along the Isar River for a day, we are following the St. James Camino from Munich to Lindau. Walking in nature slows down the thinking and allows for a new perspectives and creative solutions.
I offer the one-on-one coaching format on different routes as a daily format.
The classic route is Jakobsplatz, Munich along the Isar towards Schäftlarn, it requires a good physical condition for almost 23km of walking.
Alternatively, there is the possibility to walk along the Starnberger See or for those who prefer to walk along the Chiemsee, I have also discovered a route there that allows for a full day in the most beautiful surroundings with lake and alps.
After more than four years of Camino-Coaching experience, I have collected an astonishing series of transformational stories from my clients and how this day has deeply changed their lives after just one day of Camino Coaching. Especially when it comes to a career change decision, looking back, this day is often the domino day, after which all the stones start to fall. Be it a change of company, be it a sabbatical, be it a succession plan, be it the start of self-employment or a company. For this, the day is worth its weight in gold.
Consigliere for Entrepreneurs
My long-time entrepreneur clients acknowledge my role as a consigliere. It’s my zone of genius play, sometimes I am the trusted advisor, sometimes the coach for the essential questions in life, sometimes the one who reveals the inconvenient truth, sometimes I put on the CFO hat and question the numbers and sometimes we simply celebrate life. I play my whole range and draw on my experiential truth and am the guide for my clients to reveal and live their dream in a big way.
This offer requires a big challenging change in the company, a significant level of prior coaching experience of the client with me or another certified coach and a high commitment in time, energy and investment. The design is tailored to the specific setting of the client and combines day-long retreats, with regular coaching sessions and a concierge support, espresso-coaching when needed. The investment is linked to outcome or the magnitude of the challenge and is designed in such a way that a return-on-investment factor of 10x within two years is reasonable.
Coaching for Leaders
In my leadership coaching offer I accompany a leader or an entrepreneur for one year in a 1:1 coaching. Together we develop the vision, the strategy and work on topics like mindset and leadership toolbox. In the long term, the focus is on personal transformation and the development of leadership skills so that personal growth leads to exponential growth and results. Most of my clients work two or three years with me in this setting and harvest exponential growth as result.
The prerequisite is the willingness to invest regularly time, energy and money into this transformational coaching. My clients invest between € 1.000 and € 5.000 per month depending on the intensity. In this format the places are limited and require a selection process.
Apprenticeship
Coaching for Coaches. The transformation from a long corporate career into the world of coaching is a challenge. Trying to tackle it alone is like hiking high mountains without a mountain guide. While most coaching training focuses on coaching skills, almost all certified coaches face the question after certification, “How do I turn this into a prosperous business?”. From my own experience, this path is often rocky and arduous, and through the guidance of experienced mentors and guides, I have managed to turn it into a good six-figure business in 3 years.
Every year I share my experience with two apprentices and accompany certified coaches on their way into a prosperous business. The goal is to achieve an income level of six figures and more from coaching fees in two years. The program requires significant investment in time, energy and money. It’s designed as annual bi-weekly 2 hour setup with a total of 24 sessions and is available in face-to-face and or online mode.

After years in strategy consulting it was important to me to find my own style and way. Martin helps me with this as an external sparring partner, who taxes important impulses for my decisions. I expect my clients to have the courage to go their own way. On the way there are obstacles, like the fear of change. My clients bring the willingness to face this!
To make this possible, we create a strong coaching agreement, which creates commitment, enables directness and is the basis for clear communication. For me coaching is: leadership!
Conviction
I am convinced that a healthy business existence is based on human sustainability and inner fire that wants to burn. Inner growth always occurs when the passion for your own potential can regain the upper hand, when your entrepreneurial creativity inspires the people around you – and thus presents both the company and your own vision in a new light. “Lead yourself and others! As in small things so in large things” Together we will consistently follow this path.
Procedure and scope
For me, coaching is a constant process of change. It needs time and endurance. Therefore I only coach long and deep with a clear agreement.
How and where? Both in the open air and on the flipchart in my studio, we work with targeted structural elements such as financial indicators to make visions measurable. Leadership coaching is a 1:1 appointment for your development with an outside view, therefore not in your company. My coaching sessions are designed for the long term. Only through a continuous process do insights and change emerge.
Cocreate joy of life
I challenge my clients to go beyond their comfort zone of competence, because growth is only possible at the edge of the competence zone. Wherever it is a little exciting and uncomfortable, joy of life can be created authentically from not being there.
I am a trained and certified coach, have many years of resilient experience in the areas of finance and controlling and am equipped with intuition, feeling and energy for the further development of people. My heart is opened when I can experience clients rediscovering their true calling in a joyful and powerful way.

Growth according to Fibonacci principle
In nature, healthy growth takes place from the inside out, often following the principle observed by Leonardo de Fibonacci. I also use this principle in my coaching sessions. Each step in development, whether personal or corporate, builds on its predecessor, but there is always a change of direction, so that the spiral grows evenly from the inside out.
This principle is reflected in my logo. The healthy growth is the golden spiral and the blue lines serve as a construction aid. Ideally the coaching interventions are only a construction aid, because the actual growth usually takes place between the coachings. Once you have internalized the principle, you can easily take the next steps yourself.
